The City of Port Phillip is one of the major local governments in Victoria, and includes St Kilda, Elwood, Albert Park and Port Melbourne. All local government areas are required to plan for their projected populations over the decades to come, and ensure that the housing built will meet future requirements. This highly technical report became ‘Places to Live’, a project identity in harmony with the City’s style guide. High level illustration work was required in this project, revealing housing types and identifying heritage aspects and used for advertising campaigns to engage the community.
