Each Victorian local council is required by the State Government to develop policies and reports safeguarding things like heritage value so that appropriate development occurs within their municipality and does not trample over its identity or developing culture. This project saw us working with the City of Maribyrnong, producing a report that is light, bright and accessible.
This project includes bespoke illustrations of iconic heritage locations within Maribyrnong's boundaires. In an era of cookie-cutter templates and generalised AI developed content, what is most often missed is unique content that speaks to identifiably individual situations - something that only a human designer can bring.
